Production Machining

Due to the robotic nature of 5-axis machining it is well suited for high volume production. In addition to being able to build parts that cannot be made on a 3 or a 4 axis machine, 5 Axis machining is more efficient. We have built parts that would require as many as 23 set-ups on a 3 axis machine in only 2 operations.

Our skilled engineering staff can design complex fixtures and tooling that can maximize efficiency for higher quantity production runs.

We have worked closely with our customers and have reduced run times on parts by as much as 80% which translated into an 80% savings in price and 4 times faster delivery.
